Roadrunner Quidditch is UTSA's registered student organization that plays against similar orgazniations from other universities in the Harry Potter-inspired sport Quidditch. It became an RSO on March 15, 2013 and attained club sport status on April 7, 2013. [1]

RulesEdit

Roadrunner Quidditch follows the rules of the International Quidditch Association, the league in which it competes. It plays in the United States Southwest Region.

ResultsEdit

The IQA ranks the top 150 or so teams internationally.  As of May 12, 2013, four of the top fourteen teams were from Texas. Roadrunner Quidditch was ranked #69 out of the 1100+ teams registered with the IQA.

2013 Quidditch World CupEdit

The 2013 Quidditch World Cup was the sixth annual such event. It took place in Kissimmee, Florida on April 13 and 14. Roadrunner Quidditch qualified as one of 60 teams in Division 1 play based on performance at the regional tournament. It represented the United States Southwest Region with eight other teams in Division 1, along with three teams from the region in Division 2.[3]
