Panhellenic Council (or PHC) is a governing body overseeing most of UTSA's sororities. It covers the UTSA chapters of Alpha Sigma Alpha, Phi Mu, Alpha Omicron Pi, Gamma Phi Beta, Sigma Kappa, and Zeta Tau Alpha.[1]

In the past PHC also included Sigma Lambda Alpha, Epsilon Sigma Alpha, Kappa Delta Chi, Alpha Kappa Alpha, and Delta Sigma Theta which then went to the Multicultural Greek Council.[2]
