Greek Week Lip Sync 2008 Lambda Chi - Aladdin

Members of Lambda Chi Alpha perform "A Whole New World" from Aladdin during Greek Week 2008's Lip Sync event.

Greek Week is an annual competition between the various social fraternities and sororities at UTSA. Its various events are scored and weighted on a points system, and the winning chapter gets a large trophy. Smaller Greek organizations, such as MGC groups, often join together to field a composite team.

The most emphasized event, both in terms of audience attendance and involvement of preparation, is the Lip Sync, where chapters form a team to dance and lip sync to a medley of songs they have chosen, sometimes with costume changes, props, backdrops, and even plotlines.

Sigma Pi won the fraternity competition in 2009, 2010, and 2012. Lambda Chi Alpha won the fraternity competition in 1992, 1995, 2000-2004, 2005 (spring & fall) & 2006. Alpha Sigma Alpha won the sorority competition in 2013.
