Dr. Richard Gambitta was the Director of the Institute for Law and Public Affairs and one of the longest serving professors at the university. He has held the title of Chair of the Department of Political Science and Geography, Interim Chair of the Department of Sociology and Coordinator of the Master of Public Administration Program.
