Alpha Omicron Pi sorority (AOΠ, often typecast as AOII) is one of the PHC social sororities at UTSA.

AOII has won Honorable Mention in the 2006 Window Wars and Judges' Choice in the Fall 2011 Golf Cart Parade. Alpha Omicron Pi members won Ms. UTSA in 2002 (Sarah Garza) and 2003 (Kristy Pacheco) and placed as finalists in 2001 (Belinda Garza), 2002 (Kia Dirkson), 2003 (Marissa Gonzalez), and 2006 (Melissa Valdez). AOII Jennifer Gonzalez won Ms. Laredo.[1] AOII Elizabeth Ayala won Greek Woman of the Year 2016.
